1. There is a "kingdom of God" - in the Holy Ghost, in us right now, (Rom.14:17, Matt.12:28, Mark.1:15, Luke.9:27; 17:20-21) and there is a kingdom of God yet in the future. (The stone cut out of the mountain without hands." Luke.13:29) The context of "kingdom of God" used in Daniel's interpretation is a "future kingdom of God" that God will set up at Christ's return. (Daniel 2:40-45) Daniel is looking pass the kingdom of God in us, in the Holy Ghost.
2. Don't confuse the "little horn" of Dan.8:9, 23-25 with the "little horn" of Dan.7:8 20-25. They both have the same name, but belong in two different time periods. The "little horn" of Dan.8 belongs in the time period of Media-Persia and the latter time of Greece. The "little horn" of Dan.7:25 belongs in the time period of the last days (Rev.11:1-1-2; 12:6,14, Rev.13:5) and has nothing to do with animal sacrifices or a Temple. The purpose of this "little horn" of Dan.7:25 only is to "wear out the saints." The same purpose as the antichrist (beast) Rev.13. In fact there is nothing in Revelation about animal sacrifices being offered. There is a Temple being measure in Rev.11:1-2, but the Temple is the Church because "the most High dwelleth NOT in temples made with hands." (Acts.7:47-48) The ONLY TEMPLE OF GOD TODAY IS THE CHURCH. (John.2:18-20, Matt.23:38, 1Cor.6:19, 1Tim.3:15-16, Eph.2:1-22) 3. Compton Interactive Encyclopedia. Encyclopedia Britannica 4. Compton Interactive Encyclopedia. Encyclopedia Britannica 5. For full explanation of Jesus causing the "sacrifice and oblation to cease," refer toPhase 5, the 70 Week Prophecy 6. However God still receives sacrifice in it's fulfillment in Christ Matt.5:17-19)
7. The original Temple was "exceeding magnifical, of fame and of glory throughout all countries." (1 Chron.22:5, 1 Kings.10:24) Unfortunately God's people forsook the Temple and the patterns of God's Word and the Temple went into a 70 year Babylonian captivity. (2Chron.5 - 2Chron.36) This was where Ezekiel saw "the glory of the Lord" depart from the Temple. (Eze.10:18) The Temple NEVER regained it former Glory (Haggai.2:1-9, Ezra.5:1-1-2) even after the Babylonian captivity and was desolated and burned many times during the time of Greece. (Dan.10-11) When Jesus came He said YOUR house will be left desolate. (Matt.23:36) Jesus said my body is now the true Temple. John.2:18-20) The Jews Temple was left desolate 70 AD.
8. The Beast - This is the antichrist (Note the identification marks. Rev.11:1-7; 13:1-18; 17:1-8; 19:11-20, v.20 ) There is another "beast" in this same chapter (Rev.13), this "beast" is identified as the false prophet. (Rev.13:11-18; 19:20) 9. Beasts - Strong's OT#2416 - from H2421; alive; hence, raw (flesh); fresh (plant, water, year), strong; also (as noun, especially in the feminine singular and masculine plural) life (or living thing), whether literally or figuratively:— age, alive, appetite, (wild) beast, company, congregation, life(-time), live(-ly), living (creature, thing), maintenance, merry, multitude, (be) old, quick, raw, running, springing, troop.
11. The Times of the Gentiles - From Genesis to Chronicles / 2Chron.36 there is no focus on the kingdoms of the world. Isaiah, (Isa.1:1) Jeremiah, (Jer.1:1-3) Then going into the captivity of Judah by the kingdom of Babylon Daniel was given revelation concerning the Gentile Nations Note: How Daniel, (going into the Babylonian captivity - Dan.1:1) Haggai (After the 70 year captivity Hag.1:1) and Zechariah (After the 70 year captivity - Zech.1:1) begin with indentifying their time by the reign of a Gentiles king. All the other Prophets indentified the time by the Kings of Judah or Israel. (Note: Isa.1:1, Jer.1:1 (going into the captivity - Lam.) Eze.1:1, Daniel.1:1; 2:1; 6:1 7:1, 8:1; 9:1; 10:1; 11:1. This begins the Times of the Gentiles which ends at the beginning of the Tribulation (Rom.11:25) because this time is also the time given for the Jews to be graffed in again (Rom.9, 10 and 11) to the Covenant (Dan.9:24-27, Note:v.27) they rejected when Jesus came to confirm. (Gal.3:16-17, Eph.2:11-19) Review: Phase 5, Daniel's Visions, Page 4 and 5
12. Oblation - Strong's OT #4503 / from an unused root meaning to apportion, i.e. bestow; a donation; euphemistically, tribute; specifically a sacrificial offering (usually bloodless and voluntary):—gift, oblation, (meat) offering, present, sacrifice.
13. 3 1/2years - (30 days to a month) 42 months (Rev.13:5) 1260 days (Rev.11:1-2) Time, times and half a time / 1260 days (Rev.12:6, 14) Time, times and dividing of time (Dan.7:25)

16. Ptolemy Soter (323-285 BC) was the first one of Alexander's captains to gain control of a portion of the empire. He was the first "king of the south" (Egypt). Seleucus Nicator, "one of his princes"--who first made prince of the province of Babylonia and then ousted from it---proved strong enough to acquire the dominion of Babylonia; from thence he stretched westward and founded for himself the great king of Syria. Rome - We know this because of History. The Word of God identifies it as the "fourth kingdom" from Babylon. Babylon, Media-Persia, Greece, Rome
19. Cleansing of the Sanctuary - Some think this future cleansing of the Sanctuary is a Temple / Sanctuary "made with hands" (earthly Temple of God) that the antichrist will allow them to rebuild in Jerusalem and animal sacrifices will be reinstated as part of the Temple of God Worship. Then after 3 1/2 years the antichrist will change his mind, take over the Temple and sit in it shewing himself to be God. This abomination will be cleansed / removed. 20. Make an end to sin - Some teach that the 70th. week of Dan.9:24-27 is continuous meaning that Jesus confirm the 3 1/2 years of the covenant (which is true) and the remaining 3 1/2 years follows immediately. If this were true, then... a. Sin would have ended b. Transgression finished c. Everlasting righteousness brought in (Review: PHASE 5, Page.6 IV.B-7 d. The Vision sealed up e. The most Holy would have been anointed
(Note: This is why half of the 70th.week has been fulfilled by Jesus (the Messiah) and the remaining 3 1/2 is yet to be fulfilled BEFORE Jesus returns. (Rom.11:25, Rev.10:7 / Key word "Mystery")
