FOOTNOTES / PHASE 11 These Feast of Tabernacles ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
[1] Old Testament Feast of Tabernacles is fulfilled in that order - The Feast of Tabernacles has not been fulfilled yet because there is no scriptural record saying and "when the day of Tabernacles was at hand". Also most agree on this but many disagree with WHERE it is fulfilled. Two indicators that John saw. a. The seven angel's were given seven trumpets (1) The seven seals (which begins the order of events in Revelation) must be opened before these angels sound (Rev.8:1-4) (2) This Seventh trumpet is the Second Coming (Rev.10:7; 11:15, Dan.2:1-45) b. What the angel did when the seventh seal was opened (1) According to the language of the pattern (Heb.8:5, Exod.25:8-9, 40; 26:30; 27:8) Only those that hold the office of High Priest could function as this "angel" did. (Lev.10:1-2; 16:1-2, 17) (2) The only High Priest that God acknowledges is the Lord Jesus Christ. (Heb.2:17; 3:1; 4:15-16; 5:1-6; 7:1-28) (3) This can only take place in the Tabernacle / Temple. (Exod.25:8- Exod.40:35) (4) The only Tabernacle that exists today is the "true Tabernacle that Lord pitched and not man". The reality of the Tabernacle of Moses. (Heb.8:1-5; 9:1-26; 10:1-25) "a pattern of heaven itself" (Heb.9:24) (5) This can only take place on The Day of Atonement. (Lev.16:1-2, Heb.9:7-9) (6) This is all future because John was told, "Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter." (Rev.4:1) (7) Therefore this is a prophetic (future) picture of none other than The Lord Jesus Christ ("our High Priest" Heb.3:1), fulfilling what Aaron foreshadowed on the day of atonement. (Lev.16:10-12)
[2] Every man shall give - "they shall not appear before the Lord empty: Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee." (Deut.16:16-17) a. Obedience / by appearing (showing up) b. God gives you the provisions to experience this Feast in the type (Old Testament Church in the wilderness) and in the New Testament reality / fulfillment in Christ. (Col.2:16-17, Phil.1:6)
[3] He began to build His Church "without hands" - (Luke.1:1-4, Acts.1:1-2 "until the day in which he was taken up) a. The Gospel's is JESUS / MESSIAH beginning to both do and teach. (John.16:10-15) He told the disciples that he had "yet many things to say ...BUT you cannot bear (understand) them now" (before the day of Pentecost John.16:10-15) (1) The example of the Prophets (1Peter.1:10-12) (2) Many righteous men desired to look into (Matt.13:10-17) (3) Speak with new tongues (Mark.16:9-20, Acts.2:1) (4) Baptised into the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost (Matt.28:19, Acts. The name of the Lord Jesus Christ. (5) Other generations (ages) did not know the Mystery of God (Ep.3:5)
[4] Build His Church "without hands" - meaning a spiritual House. a. JESUS is not building a House with hands (i.e. physical / natural / earthly House) (1) Paul spiritual Temple (Eph.2:1-22; 3:1-12) (2) Peter spiritual House / Sacrifices / by Jesus Christ the reality of the Altar (3 ) A holy spiritual nation / Priesthood (4) The Sadducees and Pharisees always thinking natural (5) The Church is spiritual / people b. Keep in mind the antichrist is not interested in natural buildings, he wants to "be like" (Isa.14:11-14) Paul writes that the antichrist will "oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God will sit in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
(1) The "spirit of antichrist" (1John.4:1-4) wants foundation laid by (false) apostles and (false) prophets
with the antichrist himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an (false) spiritual temple builded together for an habitation of Satan (Lucifer / Devil / old serpent Rev.12:9) through the antichrist spirit.
