A.  Heb.8:1-5 example / shadow of true Tabernacle that the Lord pitched in heaven

         B.  Eph.1:3; 2:6  We are seated in heavenly places

            C.  1Pet.2:5-9 We are the Priesthood in the Tabernacle in heavenly places

            D.  Heb.3:1 We are the Priesthood ministering under our High Priest the Lord Jesus Christ, as Aaron was and his sons

III.     The “Vail” points to a New Testament truth just as each piece of furniture in the

         Tabernacle. The “Vail” carries the truth of the “Cross”

         A.  Heb.10:20  The vail that is to say His flesh

            B.  Matt.27:50-51 When Jesus died the Veil of the Temple was rent in two

            Therefore The truth of the “Vail” is the truth of total commitment, “Not my will but

         thine be done.” 

IV.    Another  division coming

         A.  There was the division between the saved and unsaved. (The fine Linen /

               righteous fence that lead to the gate)

         B.  The Door of the Tabernacle building. This is the division in the Church between

               the Evangelicals (Brazen Altar / Salvation and Laver / Water Baptism)and the

               Pentecostals.(the oil inside in the Candlestick)

         C.  There is STILL another DIVISION COMING in the Church that will divide the

               Pentecostals and the Bride. (Totally committed, those who will pay the full

               price, those that say not my will but thine be done

V.     The “Vail” also presents a picture of the Church measuring up to the Christ Jesus

         1.   Because Church History, when compared with the Tabernacle of Moses floor

               plan, reveals  that the Church MUST experience the truths of the “vail.”

         2.   The Church MUST experience the “Vail” because God is a “finisher.” (Note:

               Luke.14:25-33)

         3.   The only one qualified to go through the Vail into the Most Holy was the high

               priest

               a.   Lev.16:1-33

               b.   Heb.9:1-9

         4.   This is why the Church needs to measure up to Christ because He is the

               fulfillment of the Leviticial high priest.

               a.   Eph.4:11-19

               b.   Eph.5:21-33

               There will be those that refuse to move on into this truth, and will remain behind

               forming the “good seed” that brings forth only 60 fold.

Some concluding thoughts.

There is a season coming to the Church (Bride) that will call for a total commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, to allow her to measure up the full stature of Christ. (Eph.4:11-16) This is the mark of the prize of the high calling of God. (Phil.3:1-15)
